Fruit Pies
Our Crust is a recipe with over a century of experience behind it. Beginning in Europe with our Danish, German and English ancestors for our families and then immigrating to the United States where it found its way to your table. Our baking process is a family secret and has been the choice of consumers in Up State New York for 35 years.
All of our products are a "Lite Sweet" desert. What that means is we use less sugar than is usual in a desert and depend on the natural flavors and sugars of the fruit to do their job in producing the perfect taste for your palette. We have perfected our own slow bake process for all of our pies ensuring a tender center, flakey crust and always savory flavor for your table.
All of our Pies are handmade using only the finest ingredients with no artificial flavorings added preservatives or trans fats.
