      The finest recipes cannot be measured by dashes and dallups, they can only be measured by the care and commitment that goes into every serving. Our foundation is built on over 100 years of collective family baking experience, carefully passed down from generation to generation, across oceans and continents, finally settling in rural northern New York State. We take great pride in that tradition and we share a little slice of it with every pie we bake. 

      At La Crosta all of our products are what we like to call "Lite Sweet"; we rely less on sugars and sweeteners and allow the natural flavors and textures of our fillings to do what they were intended to do; satisfy and excite the palette.

      Our slow bake process produces our legendary crust smothered in only the finest ingredients, all handmade with no artificial flavorings preservatives or trans-fats added.
